User and roles

USERS
Details - Users are listed here. You can add new or edit existing user here. When adding new user you can assign him to group or set his rights.
Custom fields - You can add custom field from predefined fields. Than you can assign value to custom field which can be used in reports.
Manage user roles - You can add user to role. Then user automatically gets all right and rules defined in role.
Manage user right - You can add user right here. There are different sets of rights
Can view - user can only view report not modify it. Edit is not posible here.
Can edit - user can also make changes to report in addition to see it
Can delete - user can delete report
Roles
Details - You can set roles details here. Add name and description.
Report in roles - You can add reports to role. All users that have that role automatically gain access to reports in role.
Users in role - U can add users to role here. All users added inherit reports selected in that role.
