In grid toolbar there are additional tools for export and modify grid looks:

Column chooser - You can choose which column is shows in grid and which column is hidden

Open

PDF export button - exports current grid state to pdf document

Excel export button - exports current grid state to excel document

CSV export - exports current grid state to csv file

*(Current grid state is data shown in grid filtered or not)
