Report list is just representation reports that are created.
Report list have context menu that opens on right click and consist of:
Name | Description |

Preview | Go to preview mode |
Preview only data | Preview only repord data without graphical designer |
New | Create new report |
Edit | Edit report |
Copy report | Copy report into new report |
Deactivate | Report set as not active |
Delete | Delete report |
Copy with header | Copy row with table headers in clipboard |
