Report categories
Report categories are used to organize report categories. On mouse right click we have :
Add new item - which adds new subcategory inside selected category
Remove item - which removes selected category/subcategory
Rename item - which renames category/subcategory
Add new category - which adds new category
(*all categories is default option and only have add new category available)
